Our Principal Licensed Conveyancer Peta Xanthoudakis, holds degrees in Law (Macquarie University) and Business (UTS). Revenue NSW offers stamp duty relief to assist eligible First Home Buyers entering the property market.
Eligible purchasers may receive a full stamp duty exemption for properties valued under $800,000, and a concessional rate for properties between $800,000 and $1,000,000.​​

To Be Eligible You Must:
​
Occupy the property as your principal place of residence for at least 12 continuous months, commencing within the first year of ownership.
Not have previously owned residential property anywhere in Australia, including your spouse or de facto partner.
Purchase the property in your personal name (not through a company or trust).
Be over 18 years of age.
Have at least one purchaser who is an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
Not have previously received a First Home Buyer concession or exemption from Revenue NSW.
Acquire the entire property (partial transfers are not eligible).
